Tyler, Cassell, Jackson, Peace & Silver, L.L.P. was originally establishd in 1982.  We consist of six partners:  Donald W. Tyler, Herbert C. Casell, Jr., Thomas B. Jackson, III, M. Alan Peace, Jeffrey L. Silver, and Donald W. Tyler, Jr.; and seven paralegals and/or support staff. 

We are located in Columbia, South Carolina and practice statewide.
